Payment, Shipping, Availability, Returns, Guarantee, Repairs and Privacy Policy

 Payment

To pay for your purchases on our website, you will automatically be taken to PayPal for checkout and payment. We accept US funds for payment. If needed, PayPal will calculate the exchange rate that will apply for your purchase and display that information before you confirm payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one by following the instructions found at the bottom of the PayPal page you are automatically taken to during checkout. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes! PayPal is free and secure for making payments for your online shopping, whether you would like to use any major credit card or pay with funds from your bank account.

For more details about PayPal’s easy and safe online payment services, please visit their website at www.paypal.com. Princess T recommends that new PayPal customers take time to thoroughly read about internet fraud and PayPal’s professional suggestions for using their service safely.

Princess T will also accept payment by check drawn from a US bank account upon approval on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to use this method of payment, you will need to email us regarding which items you are interested in purchasing. We will reply to your email promptly, and once approval has been made, confirmation of availability of the item(s) you would like to purchase and your final payment amount (including shipping) will be emailed to you. You will also be notified at that time where to mail your check. Please note that if you pay by check, it will take longer to receive your purchase.  Princess T cannot ship to you until your check has been received, cleared and collected payment from your bank, a process than can take several weeks depending on the mail and the banks involved. As soon as your check has processed, Princess T will send you a confirmation email and notification of the shipping date for your purchase. 

Shipping

Princess T ships worldwide. There are two choices for shipping. The cost information for these two choices as shown below is based on shipments of 500g or less (1 lb. or less), which are typical weights for purchases of 1-2 items.  

Heavier shipments (such as when multiple items are purchased for example) will incur slightly higher shipping fees. In such instances, additional information and instructions for any further payment due for shipping will be emailed to you before shipment.

 1. Space Available Airmail typically takes 5-15 days worldwide.

 Space Available shipping is the default method for shipping and costs US $5.25 per item. This includes tracking of your package and insurance up to US $60.00.

 As the name implies, packages shipped this way are shipped on a space available basis and therefore although it is a rare occurrence in our experiences, please note that this method can take 30 days or more, especially during busy times of the year and depending on which country you are shipping to.

 Unfortunately, this option does not provide for insurance over US $60.00. Thankfully, this proves to be a very safe, reliable and cost effective way to ship your package 98% of the time. If you require a fast delivery and 100% insurance, then we suggest you select the other form of shipment “Express Airmail”.

 2. Express Airmail typically takes 2-5 days worldwide.

 The costs are US $9.50 to Asia, US $12.75 anywhere in USA, Canada, Oceania and the Middle East, US $15.25 to anywhere in Europe and US $17.95 to Africa and South America.

 These costs include tracking of your package and insurance up to US $170.00. For items valued higher than this amount, there will be an additional US $1.00 for every US $170.00 increase (up to US $15,000.00 maximum).

 **Special note about Express Airmail.

If you would like this method of shipping, after completing your purchase through PayPal, you will need to email us to let us know you would like Express Mail since the current default method of shipping with PayPal is Space Available Airmail. We will reply to you promptly and notify you any additional costs due after any shipping payments you have already made are applied.

 Princess T will not overcharge for shipping. It is our policy to ship for only the actual costs incurred! 

Availability

Princess T tries to keep all items on the website available for immediate shipment. We will send you an email after your purchase to confirm your shipment date, which is typically within 24 hours after having received and processed your payment.

 If your item is on back order, it will typically require an extra 2 to 3 weeks in addition to your shipping time. You will be notified by email right away regarding any backordered items and an estimated time of arrival.

 Occasionally, limited items may become sold out due to material availability (especially in regards to vintage beads and special cut stones). If possible, we will try to re-create the same item with slightly different but very similar materials. We will notify you via email in such an event so that you will be able to confirm this is acceptable to you or not. If you have already paid and a substitute is not acceptable to you or you cannot wait for a back-ordered item, Princess T will promptly return your payment to you.

Time-Sensitive Orders: If you need your order within a specific time period, please be sure to let us know via email and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

Return Policy

Princess T will accept returns in their original un-used condition if you are not satisfied for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded for your purchase excluding all shipping charges.

 After inspection and approval of returned merchandise, your purchase price (minus shipping charges) will be credited back to you by the same method in which you paid.

 It is strongly advised that you insure shipment of your return as Princess T is not liable for damaged, missing or lost shipments. Please be sure to keep your shipping receipts in order to make a claim should it become necessary (Princess T will not have any copies of your receipts and will not be able to assist you in filing any claims of items you have shipped).

Our Guarantee and Repairs

Princess T believes in happy customers and wants you to be satisfied with your jewelry, we therefore guarantee your purchase to be free from damage due to defects in design or construction for up to 90 days after your purchase. Princess T will provide necessary repairs during this time free of charge and we will reimburse your shipping costs for sending your item to us to be repaired (provided you use normal, reasonable and economical shipping methods). Please email us immediately if you experience a problem to make arrangements for your repair.

Princess T will also repair any damage you might accidentally incur for an unlimited time after your purchase, however, in such cases, there will be a minimal charge for replacement parts, for beads that can no longer be matched (as in the case with vintage beads and special cut stones) which would require replacement of more than just one bead to keep uniformity in the design or if the repair will be an especially timely process.

For repairs outside of the 90-day guarantee and/or for damages beyond our control, you will be responsible for shipping charges without reimbursement, including the payment of shipping to return the item to you after repair. Payment for return shipping is due after a repair is completed and your repaired item may not be shipped back to you until these shipping costs have been paid.

Princess T reserves the right to make the determination regarding any repair charges. You can be assured this will be done with the utmost sense of fairness. After inspecting the item to be repaired, you will be emailed the costs involved and will be able to accept or decline before the repairs are made. You will be responsible for the shipping costs whether or not repairs are made.

Once again, we strongly advise you to purchase insurance for all items you return to us as Princess T will not be liable for any problems incurred during or due to shipment. Please be sure to keep your shipping receipts in order to make a claim should it become necessary (Princess T will not have any copies of your receipts and will not be able to assist you in filing any claims of items you have shipped).
